As a educational technology leader, I have many weaknesses due to lack of experience with many of the technological advances that have come into play within the last few years for our classroom environments. I have been teaching math and have been under the misguided assumption that technology was more for other classrooms. As a leader in my building I feel my biggest strength will be to allow myself to open up to these missed opportunities and realize that there is a whole new era approaching that can benefit our students greatly.
I agree (and suprised) with my findings for myself evaluated by the assessments. I am not as technology savvy as I thought I was. After taking these assessments my eyes have truly been open to the severe lack of these great opportunities.

It's very refreshing to read about how receptive you are to professional growth. It's sometimes hard to move beyond my comfort zones, but I know your idea is the right one.
